WHAT DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
If you're a first time customer you will need your most up-to-date eyewear prescription. If you're a returning customer, just your name and birthday will do!
That's weird. I can't find my location (province/state/city/barangay) in the dropdown menu. What do I do?
If your location isn't on the checkout form, it means that our Cash-on-Delivery service does not cover your area. As an alternative, we suggest that you choose a serviceable location of a relative or friend. Simply type in your friend's or relative's address and leave special instructions by adding their name and contact details under the notes sections. If alternative locations are not available to you, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I STILL CHANGE IT?
Sorry, once an order has been confirmed you cannot make any changes.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free on all eyewear packages.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
Standard lenses will be processed within 24 hours while customized lenses will take a minimum of 12 days.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping within Metro Manila takes 5-10 business days while provincial shipping takes 8-12 business days.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number from DHL. You can track your order using the link provided on the DHL website.
Hmmm... what if my package "Failed to Deliver" because it was out of the serviceable area?
Good question. While we try our best to reach all locations, there are still some areas that are not serviceable by any of our partner couriers. If your location cannot be reached, our partner courier will contact you and ask you to pick up your package at the nearest, serviceable pick-up point.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP MY GLASSES IN STORE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can only cancel an order if it has not been processed by our lab yet and has selected cash on delivery as the payment method. To see the status of your order go to the "my account" page. If it has not been processed yet you will have the option to cancel. All credit card payments are final.
I received an error message while trying to place an order. What should I do?
Please check if you've received an order confirmation email from us. If not, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can check if your order pushed through.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once your package has been picked up, you can’t make changes to your delivery address. But in case your location is hard to find, we'd appreciate you providing us with more details (ex. nearby establishments, landmarks, color of the gate, etc.).
