Happy with your purchase? If not, you’re welcome to change your Sunnies Studios product within 90 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the original selling condition with complete packaging and receipt. ​

Not for you? No problem!

If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses, you can return them to us within 90 days to receive a full refund. This applies to all the physical products. Reasons include:

  • Dissatisfaction with the weight of the frame, fit, style, color, etc. provided the item does not show signs of use​
  • Discomfort with lens grade and/or lens upgrades after a 1-week adjustment period so long as the prescription given was provided by our resident eye doctors
  • Dissatisfaction with the weight of the frame, fit, style, color, etc. provided the item does not show signs of use​
  • When you experience discomfort with lens grade and/or lens upgrades​
  • Manufacturing defects​
  • Wrong item received

How to return

Get in touch with our our customer experience team via email help@sunniesstudios.com with the needed information:

  • Subject Line: Returns [Order ID Number]​
  • Include the following details in your email:​
  • Name​
  • Order Number​
  • Why you’re not happy with your purchase​
  • A photo or video of your order

Once we’ve received your return request, our team will verify your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a gift card code amounting to your original purchase including shipping which you can use to re-order​.

Some exceptions to
the rule

We can’t replace your purchase if the following apply:

  • Damages caused by customer mishandling ​
  • Normal wear and tear ​
  • Losses​
  • Scratched lenses due to wrong storage or mishandling
