If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses, you can return them to us within 90 days to receive a full refund. This applies to all the physical products. Reasons include:
- Dissatisfaction with the weight of the frame, fit, style, color, etc. provided the item does not show signs of use
- When you experience discomfort with lens grade and/or lens upgrades
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
How to return
Get in touch with our our customer experience team via email help@sunniesstudios.com with the needed information:
- Subject Line: Returns [Order ID Number]
- Include the following details in your email:
- Name
- Order Number
- Why you’re not happy with your purchase
- A photo or video of your order
Once we’ve received your return request, our team will verify your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a gift card code amounting to your original purchase including shipping which you can use to re-order.
Some exceptions to
the rule
We can’t replace your purchase if the following apply:
- Damages caused by customer mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Losses
- Scratched lenses due to wrong storage or mishandling
