Eyewear can be replaced within *1 year in the event that the products being considered for return or exchange meet the following criteria:

  • Wrong item received 
  • Discomfort with lens grade and/or lens upgrades after a 1-week adjustment period – so long as the prescription given was provided by our resident eye doctors or the incorrect prescription was applied to lenses
  • Manufacturing defects and quality issues that include the following: 
  • Frame quality issues: 
    • Incorrect print
    • Incorrect surface
    • Incorrect color
    • Incorrect assembly
    • Incomplete parts
    • Incorrect structure
    • Poor assembly
    • Warping or deforming the frame
    • Tarnishing or rusting - *reported within 6 months 
  • Lens quality issues:
    • Poor or uneven lens coating
    • Hazy, discolored, or dark lens
    • Faulty adaptive lens function
    • Lens peeling

Must not be due to natural wear & tear. All claims are subject to final assessment by the Sunnies Studios team.

 

How to exchange your product

You can get in touch with our customer experience team by sending an email to help@sunniesstudios.com with the information listed below:

  • Subject Line: Returns [Order ID Number]
  • Include the following details in your email:
  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Why you’re not happy with your purchase
  • A photo or video of your order

Once we’ve received your return request, our team will verify your request. After approval, you’ll receive a gift card code amounting to your original purchase including shipping which you can use to re-order on our website.

 

Terms and Conditions

Any and all claims to Sunnies Guarantee will be waived in the event that the products being considered for return or exchange meet the following criteria:

  • Damages caused by customer mishandling or natural wear and tear 
  • Lenses based off existing prescription 
  • Discoloration of frame due to acidic skin 
  • Failure to follow Sunnies Studios team's recommendations regarding the product's usage, maintenance, and other instructions provided
  • Anti-Rad frames converted to prescription eyewear
  • Frame replacement for products marked as final sale

We offer a one-time return and exchange policy in all Sunnies Studios stores and channels which include:

  • Website

Products for return must include packaging and receipt.

Please note:

  • Customer is required to top up price differences if replacement pair is of higher value than the original, e.g, upgrading to a new lens upgrade, discounted frame to regular items, etc. If original lenses are unavailable, we will offer the closest variant in stock.
  • Partial refunds will not be accepted e.g, replacement pair is lower than original amount. Customer may add any item from the store to make the replacement amount closer to original purchase amount.
