For Vietnam-based customers, you may order sunglasses from Lazada.You can also shop prescription eyewear in any of our physical stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping worldwide on all prescription eyewear orders.
For the rest of our other products, standard shipping rate is $20. Orders ship free if you spend over $100.
ARE THERE CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND/OR TAXES?
International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, but the amount varies per country. Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are usually no charges upon delivery.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Global shipping takes about 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Weekends and holidays are not included in business day count. Shipping to remote areas might take a little bit longer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
Standard lenses will be processed within 24 hours while customized lenses will take a minimum of 12 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in business day count. All your orders within the same ID are shipped and delivered together.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We made shopping eyewear easier for you. For sunglasses, you can quickly add to cart and check out.
For prescription eyewear, we will need more details. When you click on the product, customize your lenses with your prescription and upgrades of choice, so we can make glasses best suited for your needs.
HOW DO I ORDER PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR?
You will need a copy of your prescription. Here are a few options:
If you've shopped with us before, your prescription records are safe with us. Simply log in using the same email address you used in any of our stores, and click past prescription.
For new customers, you will need an updated eyewear prescription from your eye doctor. If you need any help, you can consult our doctors here.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH STYLE LOOKS GOOD ON ME?
We want to make sure you love the style before you buy it. You can try the frames as you browse through the product pages - just find the "Try On" button.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I STILL CHANGE IT?
Sorry, once an order has been confirmed you cannot make any changes.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes on sunglasses and merch items. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or click here.
Prescription eyewear is a bit tricky to change, but email us immediately so we can try and do something about it. Don't forget to include the following details:
- Email Address
- Order ID
- Date of Purchase
- Payment Method
- Attachments (Photo of Item, Correct Prescription, etc.)
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You sure can. After ordering, we'll send you an email once your package ships. The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PAYMENT?
Send us a message and we'll work it out with our courier partner.
If your package hasn't been picked up yet, we can definitely change your shipping address.
But once the package has been picked up by our courier, do take note that it will take a while to reroute it. To avoid any troubles, double check your delivery address before confirming your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
