Sorry, but we only do returns and refunds for products with factory defects or any wrong items delivered.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

We'll process your refund once we've verified the mistake and/or defect on the order.

WHAT'S YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Our warranty only covers products with factory defects. You can have these damaged products exchanged upon assessment of our team.

Should the exact frame be unavailable, don't worry—you are eligible to choose a different style in stock.

If your optical frame doesn't come with complementary replacement screws and nose pads, our warranty covers that, too.

WHO WILL EVALUATE THE FRAMES/LENSES TO SEE IF IT IS COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY?

Evaluation of frames/ lenses will be done by our optometrist on duty in the lab before sending out the final order and upon receiving the frame for warranty assessment
