HOW DO I BOOK A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION?
Head to the Prescription Page and and click the Virtual Consultation label to book your appointment.
HOW LONG DOES A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION USUALLY TAKE?
Virtual consultations usually last about 15 minutes.
WILL THE OPTOMETRIST BE ABLE TO VIEW MY PREVIOUS PRESCRIPTION?
If you are a returning customer our optometrists will be able to refer to your previous prescription in our database.
CAN I GET A NEW PRESCRIPTION THROUGH THE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION?
Through our virtual consultation, the optometrist can only refer to your previous records or assist you in completing your new prescription.
CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN IN-STORE EYE EXAM?
Yes you can. Just head to our In-store Appointment page. Select a date, time, and branch.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TAKE AN IN-STORE EYE EXAM?
Your in-store eye exam is covered when you purchase the P1999 complete eyewear package.
WHAT IS SUNIES HOME OPTICAL?
Our optical shop on-the-go where you can get your eyes tested, consult with one of our resident optometrists, and shop frames safely at home or at your preferred location. Available in Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area. Learn more here.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE APPOINTMENT?
You will be able to pay through cash, credit card, debit card or Gcash during your Sunnies Home Optical appointment.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BOOK IN ONE APPOINTMENT?
Per appointment, we can accommodate a maximum of three patients. You may book another time slot if you would like to book for more people.
HOW LONG DOES A SUNNIES HOME OPTICAL APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Each appointment is 30 minutes long and allows for a maximum of 3 people.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PARKING FEE OF THE VEHICLE?
Areas or addresses that will require a parking fee will be shouldered by the customer
CAN I GET MY OLD PAIR FIXED OR HAVE THE LENSES CHANGED?
Yes, you can.
HOW SAFE WILL I BE IN SUNNIES HOME OPTICAL?
We implement the following precautionary and sanitation measures for a safe visit:
Daily deep-cleansing with an air filtering machine
Automatic foot bath
Surface and product disinfection between appointments
UV sterilizers and UV wands
PPE requirement for staff and optometrists
Face mask requirement for customers
Health declaration forms
HOW WILL I GET MY GLASSES?
After your appointment, we'll process your order and ship your new pair directly to your delivery address, free of charge!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We will be able to send out single vision packages on the same day or next business day, depending on the time of the scheduled appointment.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability. You can either select the Reschedule button on your Appointment Page or email us at hello@sunnieshomeoptical.com to reschedule your appointment.
CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes, you can cancel your booking until 5pm on the day before your scheduled appointment. You can either select the Cancel Appointment button on your Appointment Page or email us at hello@sunnieshomeoptical.com to cancel your appointment.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Every Sunnies Home Optical session is 30 minutes long and allows for a maximum of three people per schedule
Appointments can be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability
You can cancel your booking until 5pm on the day before your scheduled appointment
You will be able to pay through cash, credit, or debit cards during your Sunnies Home Optical appointment
